Trivial Tuesday

Posted by AlienCG on March 10, 2009

Tonight is CHANGE trivia.  What kind of change?  United States coins.  Tonight, I am going to list the coins and you have to give me the person that appears on each.  This one should be pretty easy, so I’m not expecting it last long.  Here are the coins:

  1. Penny
  2. Nickel
  3. Dime (1916-1945)
  4. Dime (1946-Present)
  5. Quarter
  6. Half-Dollar (Post-1964)
  7. Dollar Coin (1971-1978)
  8. Dollar Coin (1979-1981, 1999)
  9. Dollar Coin (2000-Present)

Good Luck with this one, as always, the most correct wins.  Oh, and keep those hands out of your pockets while answering the questions.

DING DING DING!!! We have a winner!

I will not take off points for misspelling Sacagawea and I also would have accepted Mercury for the first dime. Once again, Laura B. has come up with the correct answer. Now I have to think up librarian-proof trivia questions.
